Creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself is where I begin. I have advanced training and certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs, strengths. I have 14 years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, acquired brain injury, and traumatic brain injury providing both individual and group therapy. I also have experience providing individual therapy to people of all ages across the lifespan, as well working with individuals who require life sustaining treatment. My approach is strengths based, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I strongly believe in a person's ability to grow, and I focus on empowerment, self-efficacy, and self-determination of clients. Everyone has their own unique story which can foster strength and resilience. I am dedicated to understanding each client's specific individual needs and ensuring that interventions meet those needs. I firmly believe in the importance of creating a safe and trusting space as well as respecting the value in knowing that each client is the expert of their life.

I provide integrated care management, crisis intervention, and clinical support to individuals and families—working with older adults, child-welfare-involved families, and adolescents in residential substance use treatment. As a supervisor, I strive to create a supportive and reflective space where clinicians feel encouraged to develop their skills and strengthen their clinical voice.
